I've armed myself with Baygon and a roll of newspaper while I'm working in the living room. I got as close to the kitchen entrance before spraying an invisible line of deadly Baygon fumes in hoping that none of them creepy crawlers will enter my territory.

Now I just have to wait for whoever that will reach home first to deal with the dead insects. And to my current knowledge, that will be my brother coming home about 4pm after his exams. One hour till the war ends. Looks like victory on my side...

Just like in the movie Sky High, sidekick doesn't mean lesser strength and hero doesn't always save the day. After months of waiting, I was offered two choices. Being a fickle minded of a lady, I was cursing silently because I would much rather be offered what previosuly was put on the table and be done with it. No more thinking.

However, I'm pleasently surprised at his thoughtfulness of offering me a position a step closer to my dream job, although I failed the writing test. Sadly, to temp for another two years is something I'm not looking forward to although a better title and experience await me. It all comes down to the same debate me and my friends have been having - Passion vs Money.

Today, however, I made the decision that Money triumphs all. Not to worry, my dream will always be my dream and I will work towards it..just from the sidelines for now...
