Is orange juice a natural laxative?

Well my body surely thinks so. After four oranges this morning, let's just say the toilet bowl is my best friend now.

For the past two days, I think I've had like a dozen mandarin oranges - just the juice. I spit the rest out after I chewed the last bit of juice.

Now I'm craving for super spicy cili padi curry Maggi.

Great. I'll be a ticking bomb waiting to explode by night time.
